The woman claims that the incident led to her being diagnosed with PTSD, and that the bank violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by failing to provide her with a reasonable accommodation for her condition. The lawsuit seeks damages for emotional distress, lost wages, and punitive damages. Wells Fargo has not commented on the lawsuit.
